UCB GSLP held at ASIS

On May 19, Universal College Bangladesh (UCB) organised the first-ever Global Student Leadership Program (GSLP), a leadership development program designed for students who aim to develop themselves as young leaders in schools and colleges who are committed to making a difference in their lives and contributing to the greater society. The programme is designed by highly-trained and Monash recruited leaders along with other leaders of UCB who have co-developed, piloted, and tested the material for developing this cohesive UCB Global Student Leadership Program for the youth of Bangladesh.

The GSLP training session was held for the students of American Standard International School (ASIS). Students from Grade 8-12 of ASIS participated in the workshop.

ASIS is an American curriculum school located in Gulshan. The workshop was conducted by Group CEO of Eduko Bangladesh Dr Sandeep Ananthanarayanan. ASIS Principal Lori A. Walsh, and Academic Coordinator Dewan Mehtauddin were present in the workshop session.

The workshop focused on making students future leaders, preparing them for their own company and how to become future ready. The workshop consisted of individual and group tasks. Students were very interactive throughout the workshop.

Participants will receive certificates of Participation from UCB and Eduko Pathways Bangladesh upon completion of the task. There was also a Q&A session with the participants to make the event interactive and successful. To sign-up for the upcoming workshop, keep an eye on the social media pages of Monash Pathways at UCB.
