Nasir latest addition to injury list
Bangladesh all-rounder Nasir Hossain was the latest to be injured among national cricketers after suffering an injury to his right knee ligament.
It was reported that the cricketer injured himself while running. Bangladesh Cricket Board physio Dr. Debashish Chowdhury informed that a MRI scan was done and the report will arrive tomorrow. The extent and nature of the injury will be confirmed after the report arrives but the signs are that Nasir suffered a ligament injury.
Nasir (North Zone) will join other national cricketers who are set to miss the fourth round of the Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL), which starts tomorrow (April 10). Pacer Taskin Ahmed (Central Zone) and Mosaddek Hossain (South Zone) are both suffering from minor back pain while rubel Hossain is suffering from high fever. All-rounder Mehedi Hasan Miraz (South Zone) is down with a shoulder injury and will also not feature.
