The timings of the opening day fixtures of the SAFF Championship have been changed. Bangladesh will now play the opener against Sri Lanka at the National Football Stadium in the Maldives tomorrow. The match will now begin at 5:00pm (BST) instead of 10:00pm (BST). 

According to the previous schedule, Bangladesh's game against Sri Lanka was scheduled to be the second fixture of the day with hosts Maldives set to play the opener against Nepal. 

However, Maldives will now play Nepal in the day's second fixture which will begin at 10:00pm (BST) at the same venue.

A 20-minute opening ceremony, however, is slated to be held before the second fixture of the day.   

The rest of the matchday's fixtures have not been altered.
