New decision will diminish ACC's authority
By now, the Anti-Corruption Commission's failures are well-known to all. The law which regulates this commission has been tried to rectify many times. Recently, the ACC has delegated the power to its secretaries to decide on the transfer and promotion of its deputy directors and assistant directors. This and other changes continue to eat away at the commission's authority. How can these issues be overcome to strengthen the ACC?
