Talented artist Shahanoor Mamun’s solo art exhibition titled “Ecstasy and Melancholy” is currently underway at Galleri Kaya in Uttara, Dhaka. Eminent artist Professor Hamiduzzaman Khan inaugurated the exhibition on March 1 while renowned actor Jaya Ahsan graced the inaugural ceremony as a special guest. The two-day (July 26-27) Malhar Festival hailing the rainy season concluded at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) on Saturday. The High Commission of India, Dhaka, in association with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, organised the programme at the National Theatre Hall of BSA.
