The court also issued arrest warrant against the absconding 24 today and asked authorities to submit a report of compliance in this regard on January 27, 2016.
CID submitted the charge sheet on June 1 in the case filed with Savar Model Police Station.
Over 1,100 people died when multistoried Rana Plaza, housing mostly garment factories, crashed in Savar’s Ashulia – what was the worst industrial disaster in a century.
Most of the dead were garment workers who toiled day and night stitching clothes for global brands.
