Starting off his career with "Ice Cream", Dhallywood actor Sariful Razz has come a long way, having swept away the audience with his charisma in back-to-back hit films like "Poran", "Hawa" and "Damal".

Now, it has been reported that Razz is demanding a remuneration of up to BDT 30 lakh, for signing onto a new film, which is somewhat of an anomaly in the industry. Before him, only Shakib Khan would charge such remuneration.

In a meet-up with the journalists at a hotel in Chittagong, Razz opened up about the matter and shared his thoughts.

"Who should decide an artiste's remuneration? For me, I don't do films in just one month. It takes me many months to complete a film. So, I have to cover my living expenses for those eight or nine months. That's why I am asking for such remuneration. I don't think I am wrong for doing so," said Razz.

When asked if he is worried that such high demands will stop him from being offered new films, Razz replied, "I am not worried at all. However, I have to make the right decision at this point in my career."
