Chef Billal Hossain in Northampton's Tamarind Restaurant

Foodies in Northampton, UK, were in for treat this Valentine's Day. The Tamarind Restaurant, Northamptonshire's premier fine dining restaurant, hosted Qatar airways' Chef, Md Billal Hossain on the day and gave the diners a special treat. Tamarind's owner, Tipu Rahman, arranged this visit for the guests, as they enjoyed a selection of dishes prepared by Hossain, as well as his variety of decorative carved creations. A few years back, Tamarind restaurant awarded the Guinness World record for creating the tallest stack of poppadoms.

This collaboration with Hossain not only gave diners a great treat, but also stood as potential possibilities for future collaborations.
