Give students right guideline: PM
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today urged all parents and teachers to provide proper guidance to the students for their better future.
“At such an age our sons and daughters mostly need a right guideline, their problems need to be realised and more time is needed to be spent with them,” Sheikh Hasina suggested the parents, guardians and teachers on the occasion of receiving official results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) results 2017 from the Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid at Gono Bhaban in Dhaka this morning.
The PM advised all boys and girls to concentrate more to their studies.
The students need to prepare themselves keeping this message in their minds that we want to establish Bangladesh as a respectful country in the world, she said.

“The overall result is much better”, the premier said as she congratulated all concerned including the successful students, their guardians and teachers for it.
Attention has been paid on the quality of education and examination system including evaluating copies have been modernised, she said.
Stating that this year’s pass rate may be less than the previous year, Hasina firmly hoped that they will be able to overcome the situation.
The premier also thanked the authorities for publishing the results on time.
