Rotten bodies of mother, daughter found at Ctg

Law enforcers today recovered the body of an elderly woman and her daughter from a reserve water tank at Khulshi area in Chittagong port city.

The victims were identified as Monwara Begum, 92, and her daughter Meherunnesa, 65, our local staff correspondent reports quoting police.

After being informed by locals,police recovered their decomposed bodies from a water reservoir, said Md Shiekh Nasir Uddin, officer-in-charge of Khulshi Police Station.

However,further detailsare currently unavailable, the OC said adding that they are working to know the reasons behind the death of the two.
