Afran Nisho claims Best Actor in Negative Role award

One of showbiz's most sought-after stars, Afran Nisho took home the Best Actor in Negative Role award at the Blender's Choice-The Daily Star OTT & Digital Content Awards 2021. The actor won the award for his stellar performance in the Chorki web-series "Morichika".

Also nominated in the category were Afzal Hossain for his performance in "Ladies & Gentlemen"; Chanchal Chowdhury for "Boli"; Partha Barua for "Taqdeer" and Monoj Kumar Pramanik for his role in "Shahoshika".

Afran Nisho took the country by storm with stellar performances in "Kaiser", "Syndicate", "Jog Biyog" and many more. Aside from acting, Nisho has also worked on TV commercials and as a ramp model.

The actor was presented the award by Zahida Ispahani, Director at Ispahani Group; Minister of Commerce Tipu Munshi, MP, and eminent thespian Mamunur Rashid.
