Pacers take 'em all
An exhibition of fast-bowling was on display at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Thursday as Bangladesh pacers picked up all ten wickets in an innings in any format for the very first time in their history to bundle out Ireland for 101 in the third ODI of the three-match series.
Pacers held their own and maintained tight line and lengths on a green top in Sylhet, with Hasan Mahmud picking up his maiden five-wicket haul. The 23-year-old finished with five wickets for 32 runs, while Taskin Ahmed scalped three for 26 runs, and Ebadot Hossain impressed with two wickets as he gave away 29 runs.
Hasan became the 13th Bangladesh bowler to pick up a five-wicket haul in ODIs.
