Hasan dismisses Doheny to leave Ireland two down inside powerplay
Bangladesh pacer Hasan Mahmud dismissed Ireland opener Stephen Doheny to leave the hosts two down for 30 runs after the end of the powerplay in the second ODI of the three-match series in Chelmsford, England on Tuesday.
Hasan removed Paul Stirling in the very first over and returned in the seventh over to send back Doheny, whose backfoot punch off a short-of-a-length delivery found Mehedi Hasan Miraz at backward point. The right-handed batter managed 12 runs off 21 balls before getting dismissed.
